About HydroShare

HydroShare is the US university consortium CUAHSI's repository for water data, models and code: upload resources with rich metadata, share privately or publish with a citable DOI, and launch linked JupyterHub environments to compute against hosted resources directly.

Journals and funders increasingly require exactly this, and HydroShare has become the default home for published hydrology datasets and model archives. For consultancies, it is also a quiet goldmine of calibrated models and curated datasets left behind by research projects.
